Urban Clothes Lines can ship all products ordered through our website to any destination throughout the USA and Canada.

All orders and products purchased in the USA and Canada are delivered direct to your home by courier, with all orders being fully guaranteed to arrive to your home undamaged and in perfect working order. 

Orders are normally processed within 24-48 of us receiving the order, with the normal delivery time for USA orders around 5-11 working days from ordering(Canadian orders may take slightly longer), with a small delivery fee for all orders.  

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, other US Territories or other countries, please email us for rates, and be sure to include the products name and specific details in your email so we can supply you with the most accurate quote.  

If any damage does occur during the shipping process, Urban Clothes Lines takes full responsibility and will ship a new undamaged product to you once the damaged product has been returned.

All shipping charges for Canadian orders are charged on a per lb basis, and orders can generally be shipped to any destination throughout Canada.
