Urban Clothes Lines can ship all products ordered through our website to any destination throughout the USA and Canada.

All orders and products purchased in the USA and Canada are delivered direct to your home by carrier, with all orders being fully guaranteed to arrive to your home undamaged and in perfect working order.  

Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours of us receiving the order, with the delivery time for USA orders ranging from approx. 3 - 21 working days(depending on the product) from ordering(Canadian orders may take slightly longer), with a small delivery fee for all orders.

The standard shipping charge for US orders ranges between $10.00 - $60.00 per unit depending on the product ordered and weight.   

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, other US Territories, please email us for rates, and be sure to include the products name and specific details in your email so we can supply you with the most accurate quote.  

If any damage does occur during the shipping process, Urban Clothes Lines takes full responsibility and will ship a new undamaged product to you once the damaged product has been returned.

Shipping To Canada

All shipping charges for Canadian orders are charged on a per lb basis, with the current rate charged at $4.00 per lb.

Orders can generally be shipped to any destination throughout Canada, but we do reserve the right to vet all orders before shipping occurs.
